In spirit and in learning,
Our best in everything we do.

High School

I was fortunate to attend one of top public high schools in the state, Riverside High School (RHS). Although I attended a private school from first grade through the beginning of high school, I spent most of my high school years at Riverside and consider myself a true Riverside alumna.

Throughout all four years of high school, I actively paricipated in speech and debate through the National Forensic League, winning numerous awards at tournaments each weekend. In tenth grade I qualified for nationals and won 5th in the USA in my event at the 2006 annual Nationals Tournament in Dallas, Texas.

At Riverside I spent considerable time in the choral and drama department. I have fond memories of Grease rehearsals and our trips to perform in Columbia and Chicago. No semester was ever complete without our choral performance by the Concert Choir and our small women's a capella group, Harmony.

During my junior and senior years, National Honor Society and National Beta Club allowed me to volunteer with various charitable organizations including Adopt A Highway®, and my personal favorite, Meals on Wheels.
